Information Technology Technician

One of the country’s fastest growing technology Consulting firms are looking to bring on board a LV 3 IT Technician to join their team as they look to grow out their team.

This fully remote role provides you with the perfect opportunity to provide advance technical support in a team. You’ll serve as the top escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced support across servers, networks, and cloud environments. You’ll configure DNS, manage Active Directory and Group Policies, troubleshoot networking and Wi-Fi issues, and implement automation through scripting. You’ll also assist in strengthening security, supporting virtualization platforms, and mentoring junior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What you must have:

• Previous experience working in MSP (3~5 years)
• Experience in technical support role handling lv 3 responsibilities
• Windows Server proficiency
• Active Directory proficiency
• Proficiency using Networking software
• Office365 proficiency
• Microsoft Azure proficiency
• Previous server installation experience
• Proficiency using firewalls (preferably SonicWall)
