About Flipside Group

Flipside Group is a trusted growth partner for B2B leaders across Australia, helping them overcome growth barriers and build high-performing marketing, sales, and service engines.

We deliver consulting services for business in Australia and NZ across marketing, sales and service functions, implement CRM tools and build websites and AI Agents for high growth companies.

As a Platinum HubSpot Partner, we specialise in CRM implementation, digital transformation, and the use of AI-powered tools to help our clients scale efficiently and intelligently. Our clients are in sectors such as SaaS, recruitment, professional services, and trades; we tailor each project to their business objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking a recent graduate, or early career professional for the role of HubSpot Implementation Specialist. You’ll launch your career at the intersection of business, technology, and growth consulting. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to configure, test, and deploy HubSpot systems that help clients streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and grow more effectively. This role combines technical problem-solving with hands-on business impact — making it ideal for someone who loves connecting systems, data, and strategy. This is an entry-level, learning-focused position with structured mentoring and the opportunity to grow into an Implementation Manager role or Solutions Specialist role within the Flipside team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support the implementation and configuration of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Commerce and Data Hubs.

·       Building workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.

·       Help with data setup, imports, testing, and quality assurance.

·       Document client requirements and update internal project records in HubSpot.

·       Contribute to client training materials and internal process documentation.

·       Participate in client meetings and demos, observing and learning consulting best practices.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that integrate CRM, automation, and AI tools.

About You

You’re a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys solving business problems through technology and data. You don’t need prior HubSpot experience — we’ll teach you that — but you should bring curiosity, initiative, and a strong interest in learning how systems, automation, and AI drive business results.

·       A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

·       An interest in technology, AI, and business consulting.

·       Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a drive to learn new tools.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       A collaborative mindset and proactive work ethic.

·       Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have (but not required):

·       Basic familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

·       Experience using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, or data tools.

·       Curiosity about marketing automation, customer journeys, or business analytics.

Learning & Development

·       Structured training and mentorship from Senior HubSpot Consultants.

·       Access to HubSpot Academy certifications and learning resources.

·       Career progression pathway to Implementation Manager or Solutions Specialist roles.

·       Exposure to a wide range of industries and digital transformation projects.

Salary & Benefits

·       Salary: AUD 65,000 – AUD 80,000 per annum (base, plus superannuation). Final offer dependent on experience and capability.

·       Leave entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave per year, 10 days personal / carer’s leave per year.

·       Fully remote position (Australian East Coast hours).

·       Paid training and HubSpot certifications.

·       Mentorship from senior consultants and direct exposure to client projects.

·       Collaborative, values-driven team culture.

·       Career growth and technical development pathway.
