Junior Reporting Assistant

Job Overview:

FlavorWiki is a consumer and product understanding platform that combines advanced software solutions with rigorous market research methodologies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient PowerPoint Report Assistant to support our reporting team. This role requires strong PowerPoint skills and involves transferring and organizing data in presentations, working with templates, and ensuring accuracy in final client-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer chart data from system-generated PowerPoint decks into final report templates.
• Build and organize PowerPoint presentations based on provided templates and reporting guidelines.
• Format slides consistently and clearly, maintaining visual quality and brand alignment.
• Make minor edits to charts and tables using basic Excel functions before integrating them into PowerPoint.
• Double-check data accuracy, labels, and layout for every chart and slide.
• Communicate with the reporting team for clarification on data or layout when necessary.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (chart editing, slide layouts, templates, formatting).
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (copying/pasting data, reading charts).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency and formatting.
• Ability to follow processes and naming conventions.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience with report creation or presentation formatting is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with dashboards or automated PowerPoint generation tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
