Customer Support Advisor
Location: Remote

Salary: £23,880 – £26,400 per year
About the Role:
Acorn Support is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing client in the beauty and service industry. We’re seeking full-time Customer Support Advisors to join their UK customer care team. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about customer service and personal care products.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and live chat in fluent English
Support with order tracking, product information, and account assistance
Accurately log customer queries and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to UK-based team leads
Follow internal procedures and meet daily service metrics
Maintain a consistently helpful and professional tone in all communications
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with stable internet connection.
Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (UK hours)

Requirements:
