In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing our existing and potential customers in the CEE region.What will you do?Engagement: Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and referrals

  • Manage and drive prospects through the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, product presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies to increase pipeline volume and close rates

Collaboration: Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from clients, ensuring continuous improvement and product relevance

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and strong client retention.
  • Build and mentor relationships with partners to expand reach and amplify sales efforts

Market Insight:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales/account management
  • Experience in SaaS, product, or enterprise software sales
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated history of effective interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal skills, and good presentation skills
  • No travel limitations.
  • Fluency in English
