Global Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Global Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within the dental manufacturing sector. The position is can be based remotely within Germany and will require 35-40% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse customer segments.
• Drive new business opportunities, especially within existing large accounts at C-suite and senior stakeholder levels.
• Act as the primary interface, facilitating workshops, customer enablement, and process optimization.
• Support OEM workflow development and actively engage with customer operations.
• Maintain active customer engagement via CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Business Development, and Support.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience within an aligner business, ideally with established networks in the global aligner market.
• Proven success in strategic business development and key account management.
• International experience outside the DACH region is essential.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment.
