About The Role We are seeking a Sales & Account Manager to join our EMEA team and play a key role in expanding our footprint across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales of our ePS suite of solutions with both new and existing clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop long-lasting customer relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through long-term partnership. - Identify and acquire strategic enterprise clients through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, account mapping, and proactive engagement.
- Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology throughout the sales cycle, ensuring thorough qualification, deep discovery, opportunity planning, and reliable pipeline forecasting.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, gaining a strong understanding of client business goals and financial priorities, and deliver a clear and compelling ROI for our solutions.
- Build and grow strong relationships within your account portfolio, developing Territory and Account Plans that support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Executive Leadership, to support customer needs and drive successful deal outcomes.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations for complex, enterprise-level opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets for new business and expansion across existing accounts.
- Travel regularly to meet clients in person, support events, and strengthen relationships (approximately 50%).
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience
- Solid background in enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex selling environment
- Experience selling to C-Suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Strong capability closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience driving growth within large enterprise accounts using data, research, and strategic account planning
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Natural curiosity and a passion for understanding industry trends and customer challenges
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency
- Experience with AI or ERP/MES/MIS software
