We are looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our team and support our client outreach and relationship-building efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident in communication — especially over the phone — with a structured approach to follow-ups and coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings

• Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep conversations active and moving forward

• Schedule and confirm meetings on behalf of our senior team

• Provide ongoing support to existing client accounts through regular check-ins and coordination

• Participate in virtual or in-person meetings to observe, assist, and take notes

• Track communications and progress across client and prospect interactions

• Collaborate closely with senior team members, following clear instructions and well-prepared scripts

What We’re Looking For

This is not a high-pressure or cold sales role. Your success will come from professionalism, persistence, and structured follow-through.

You will be supported with clear processes, scripts, and ongoing guidance.

Your main focus will be initiating and maintaining client conversations.

We value reliability, organization, and strong communication skills over prior experience.

If you're confident speaking with people, staying organized, and following through without missing details, this role could be a great fit.

Requirements

• Based in Greece

• Fluent in Greek, with good command of English

• Confident communicator, especially over the phone

• Highly organized and reliable in follow-ups and coordination

• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications (Considered a Plus)

• University degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field

• Previous experience in a client-facing, administrative, or support role

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or similar tools)

• Knowledge of German is a bonus
