Role: Life & Pensions Customer Support Analyst

Type: Permanent

Location: Remote

WANTED: I am looking to hire someone with a background in the Life / Pension / Saving and Investment space for a brand new Customer Support Analyst type role. Insurance experience is a must for this role. My client is sits in the Insurtech space and this is a brand new hire for them.

As the Life & Pensions Support Specialist you will have a huge impact on my clients organisation and their clients. If you’re a motivated self-starter, looking for a fast paced, energetic environment, where the idea of every day bringing something new excites you, this role is perfect for you. My client operates a large web based insurance platform that support all of Ireland’s insurance companies.

  • This person will spend a lot of time interacting with their clients, so written and verbal communications skills are crucial
  • They are a B2B SaaS business and the support here is more of an issue resolution support – In some ways a first level Technical support, but you will not need to be over technical. This isn’t a support role where a request comes in (e.g. Application form) and they process it… Its analysis/ issues investigation and resolution
  • They would like someone with experience in the Life & Pensions space – Someone who knows their Life Assurance / Pensions / Protection / Investment space would give a distinct advantage as all the clients and systems they will be interacting with are in this area

THIS IS A BRAND NEW PERMANENT ROLETHIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTETHIS IS A €35,000 - €45,000 BASE SALARY ROLE WITH A PACKAGETHIS IS A MIX OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT, OPERATIONS, ALL DONE IN A CLIENT FACING MANNERTHIS IS A 1ST LINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TYPE OF ROLE WITH A CLEAR CAREER PATH LINED OUTFor this Role:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience within the insurance domain
  • Any exp within in the life / pensions / broker industry would be a big plus
  • Self starter with good analytical problem-solving skills who loves to seek out problems and solve them
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills
