Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (Working from home) for a Junior Sales Representative at Enchanting Engagements. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the planning and coordination of proposals and engagement events.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: 
  • ·Manage all Event leads via emails, CRM, and inbound phone calls
  • Hit monthly sales goal targets via execution of strategies
  • Identify clients' requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop tailored event proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow up with vendors and stakeholders for booking and scheduling.
  • Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Admin work

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years or more of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Sales/Marketing skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well individually and in teams
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail

Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000.00 -$80,000.00/year up to 6% commission on closed sales.
