We’re Hiring: Guest Experience Team Member

Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in Thessaloniki, Greece

Summary

A fast-growing hospitality management company is expanding its team and looking for ambitious, people-focused professionals to join our Guest Experience Team. This role is mostly remote and suited to individuals with a highly entrepreneurial mindset who can adapt quickly in a startup environment.

You will be the main point of contact between our guests and our properties, ensuring every stay feels smooth, thoughtful, and memorable. This is not a static role. Responsibilities and priorities will evolve frequently, and flexibility is essential. Only apply if you wish to work hard, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communication before, during, and after their stay
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
  • Handle guest inquiries, issues, and feedback with professionalism and speed
  • Collaborate remotely with operations, housekeeping, and management teams
  • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities as the company scales
  • Identify and implement improvements to guest experience processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where tasks change daily
  • Self-managed, reliable, and solution-oriented
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
