About Double Triple

Double Triple is a global tech sales coaching and advisory business helping people break into or accelerate their careers in SaaS and technology sales.

We work with three types of clients:

  • Entry-level candidates looking to land their first SDR or BDR role
  • Career pivoters targeting Business Development and Account Executive positions
  • Experienced sellers who want to break through income ceilings and compete for enterprise-level roles

We're growing fast and need a talented, hands-on coach to join us and help deliver results for our clients. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer experiences and care deeply about our clients' success.

The Role:

We're looking for a part-time (growth for full time) contractor to work directly with our coaching clients across all three segments. This is a high-touch, people-first role, where you'll be running 1:1 sessions, reviewing resumes and LinkedIn profiles, running interview prep and role play simulations, and helping clients navigate job searches with real strategic support. You'll work closely with our founders and existing team members, with access to our full coaching curriculum, tools, and systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering 1:1 coaching sessions with clients at different career stages
  • Running mock interviews and sales role play simulations aligned to their strategy
  • Reviewing and improving resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and Loom pitches
  • Helping clients build and execute their job search strategies and outbound approach
  • Providing honest, structured feedback that significantly moves people forward
  • Collaborating with the Double Triple team on content and client outcomes

Who You Are

We're open to a few different backgrounds, as long as you bring real credibility and a passion for helping people succeed in the tech industry.

  • You've hired for SaaS and tech sales roles (SDRs, AEs, enterprise sellers)
  • You know what good looks like in a sales interview and can coach others to get there
  • You're structured and clear in how you communicate, and provide individualised feedback
  • You've mentored, managed, or coached others in various capacities (formal or informal)
  • You're proactive, reliable, and take ownership of client outcomes
  • Based in Australia preferred, but open to strong candidates in other regions
