About the Company
If you think nonprofit growth is mostly a matter of squeezing more response out of the same tired tactics, this will not be a fit. That operating system has been running for decades. Donor counts keep shrinking, fatigue keeps rising, and the sector responds by asking more often, louder, and with less meaning. At some point, optimization becomes a fight over a smaller and smaller pie.
DonorVoice exists to replace that system. We are an applied behavioral science fundraising firm built out of scientists and experienced fundraisers. Our work starts from a simple premise: people do not give because they are asked. They give because something meaningful happens psychologically first. Identity, motivation, moral frame, autonomy, competence, and narrative all matter. If that sounds abstract, it isn’t. It’s the architecture underneath everything we do.
We have a point of view about the future of fundraising. We lead instead of following trends. We raise standards instead of lowering bars. Steel sharpens steel here, daily. If that feels like clarity rather than friction, keep reading.
What We Offer
Training in DonorVoice’s Human Operating System and the psychology of donor decision-making. A role where execution is taken seriously and done by people who know what they’re doing. Work that directly influences how organizations raise money and how donors experience giving. A culture built on rigor, accountability, and intellectual honesty, not bureaucracy or theater. Laughter, teamwork and a company that values your need for autonomy, competence and connection. If this reads like overkill, it is not for you. If it reads like the role you wish existed in this sector, we should talk.
About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to serve as a day-to-day partner for a portfolio of nonprofit clients, managing the development, production, and performance of direct response fundraising programs. This is an execution-critical role for someone who thrives on clarity, accountability, and follow-through. You will coordinate complex workflows across creative, data, production, and digital teams to ensure fundraising programs are produced accurately, on time, and at a consistently high standard.
This role is about executing intelligently, confidently, and protecting quality when timelines are tight and pressure is real. You will be trained in DonorVoice’s Human Operating System and the psychology of donor decision-making so you understand the rationale behind the work you manage. That understanding allows you to explain decisions to clients, spot risks early, and ensure execution stays aligned with how people actually decide.
