Service Delivery Project Manager | IT, System Migrations | Barcelona (remote)

Senior Service Delivery Project Manager with skills across IT is sought after by an international retail solutions provider. They are looking for an experienced PM to oversee the execution of their IT solutions and provide a high standard of service delivery to their clients keeping customer satisfaction high.

Responsibilities

• Manage large IT projects using Agile methodologies
• Supervise and manage project teams
• Manage the planning, execution and communication across the entire project
• Provide support for the implementation and upgrade of EPOS systems
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget
• Provide seamless integration with the existing enterprise infrastructure

Requirements

• Solid experience in project management and service delivery
• Previous experience delivering system migrations, transformations and rollouts
• Expert across Microsoft 365 suite
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
• Skills with project management software (ideally Monday.com)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

• Salary: €45,000 - €55,000
• Fully remote working
