Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a selection of our clients (no more than 15 accounts per AM), responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships. You will possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be adept at managing various digital channels, websites, and marketing automation platforms, as well as working hand in hand with a team of marketing professionals (SEO Specialist, PPC Specialist, Web Developer, Content Writer, etc.). Exceptional account management skills and excellence in written and verbal communication are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team (SEO and PPC Specialists, Content Writers, and Web Developers) to develop and implement strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM.
  • Manage and optimise client accounts to ensure increased website conversions and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and effective content delivery that aligns with client goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Demonstrate excellence in delegation and management of multiple tasks to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely project execution.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, particularly in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, website management, and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Resident of Australia or New Zealand.

Additional Requirements:

  • This role is initially a Part-time role, at 20 hours per week and in a remote setting. Whilst there are ongoing client meetings to attend these are generally all Zoom or Google Meet type meetings, as such if you are a 'digital nomad' who can work to the Australian timezone, we would also encourage for you to apply.
