Location: Fully Remote - Must live in the greater Tampa Bay area
Pay: Depending upon skills and experience (Bilingual: Spanish/English)
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly plus commission
Cross-sell opportunities will be 10% of the agency earned commission paid quarterly

Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing Property & Casualty insurance clients, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person while supporting customer retention.
- Assist customers with personal and/or commercial insurance coverage, policy changes, renewals, payments, claims, and other policy-related questions.
- Identify new business opportunities through account rounding and cross-selling while helping customers understand available insurance products and coverage options.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining accurate policy information and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
- Must have (3)+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- Must have active FL 2044 or 220
- Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel
- Must have valid FL Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Credit check required
- Drug screening required
