The role
If you love communicating with people and being organized, then the role of a Account Manager is for you. You will take care of our clients, making sure that they know what's going on and that they get timely support.
IMPORTANT: You will be the second Account Manager at DeqVision and one of the Co-Founders will be your direct manager! If you are hard-working and have the ambition, you can achieve amazing career and personal growth in the upcoming years.
Tasks
- Daily communication with current clients (via email, chat, phone) and team members
- Onboard new clients and guide them through our processes
- Collect and track client performance data
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify and recommend improvements to client-facing processes
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Excellent Bulgarian and English
- Familiarity with Meta or Google Ads platforms
- Familiarity with business metrics
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Resilience and openness to constructive feedback
Nice-to-have
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar
- Any courses taken for communication skills
