  • Candidate should have 10+ Years’ experience in SAP Tier 2 Support provides specialized functional and technical assistance, resolving complex application issues, configuration errors and user incidents that require in-depth module knowledge.
  • Candidate should have experience to handle workflow troubleshooting, data inconsistencies, and change requests beyond the scope of L1 support, serving as the bridge between frontline support and senior developers.
