Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Dealer Consultant Midwest. The Dealer Consultant will act as a key point of contact for dealership clients, assisting them with the implementation and utilization of Dealerslink's inventory management solutions. Responsibilities include providing training, offering technical support, analyzing performance data, and ensuring client success. This role also involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to optimize inventory practices, and guiding dealerships in leveraging Dealerslink tools to achieve their business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management, client support, and account management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively work with diverse dealership teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, analytics tools, and digital marketplaces.
- Proven ability in sales, training, and customer engagement, with a focus on driving client success and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and dealership operations is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within the Midwest region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
