Position: Talent Ops Manager

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $15–$25/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Run large-scale, high-velocity onboarding for distributed talent cohorts.
  • Activate and manage global talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Anticipate and resolve operational blockers with speed and clarity.
  • Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
  • Track and report weekly performance metrics and milestones with high signal.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale onboarding and distributed teams.
  • Strong client communication and customer management skills.
  • Deep ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Comfort leading 100+ contributors in remote environments.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills—clear, structured, and direct.
