Position: Computer User Support Specialist (Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Project-based (minimum 15 hrs/week, approx. 3–4 weeks)

Role Responsibilities

• Design occupation-specific questions based on real computer user support workflows.
• Translate common IT support scenarios into structured prompts for AI evaluation.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to troubleshooting, user assistance, and system support.
• Provide written feedback on accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world support practices.
• Ensure scenarios reflect standards used in professional, scientific, and technical service environments.
• Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time experience as a Computer User Support Specialist.
• Professional experience within the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector.
• Strong understanding of end-user support, troubleshooting, and IT service workflows.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week for the project duration.
