Your Role
- Assist customers in Dutch and English
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Work with an international and multicultural team
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00
Important: Remote work is available within Greece, subject to onboarding requirements. Candidates currently living abroad must be willing to relocate to Greece.
