We build applications and integrations for clients, and we keep supporting them after release.
That's where this job comes in. Remote, anywhere in the U.S., full-time.
Client users send tickets. Most are access or data. Some are real bugs.
You triage them: reproduce the issue, grab the run logs and screenshots, and decide which kind it is.
Access and data you fix yourself. Reset an account, adjust a permission, check whether a scheduled job ran.
Bugs go to the developers as a reproducible example, so nobody has to ask what you clicked.
You also look after our own team: laptops, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, MFA, people joining and leaving. And you keep the support runbook current, because the next person shouldn't have to guess.
You've spent one or two years on a help desk or in desktop support.
You know Windows and macOS, and you've administered Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
You've worked from a ticket queue (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, something like that).
CompTIA A+ or Network+, basic SQL, reading application logs, Intune or Jamf: any of these helps.
Medical, dental and vision for you and your family, a 401(k) with a match, paid time off and sick time, a learning budget, and your laptop and home office kit are on us.
What we read first: your CV, and a write-up of a problem you tracked down if you have one.
