Role: Outbound Sales Consultant

Salary: $33 per hour

Location: Remote (must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane)

Contract: 3–6 months with potential for extension

About the Role

We are partnering with a fantastic client who is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to join their team on a 3–6 month contract. You’ll connect with prospective customers, manage leads, and guide enquiries through to conversion using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and messaging
• Qualify, prioritise, and manage leads through the pipeline
• Schedule meetings and support customers through the decision-making process
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to optimise engagement
• Meet and exceed performance targets while applying feedback to improve results

Skills & Experience

• Sales experience (customer service experience also considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM proficiency and confidence managing leads
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach
