We are seeking a Customer Success & Go-To-Market Lead to drive adoption of AI among law firms, patent investors, and corporate IP teams.
This role sits at the intersection of:
•product
•customers
•revenue
•consulting services
You will work directly with leadership team to:
•onboard early customers
•run pilot programs
•gather product feedback
•convert pilots into revenue
•help shape the product roadmap
This is a foundational role in launching AI to market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Success Leadership
Act as the primary customer-facing lead for AI.
Responsibilities include:
•Onboard law firms and early customers
•Guide customers through product workflows
•Ensure customers successfully use the platform
•Translate customer needs into product improvements
•Maintain strong long-term customer relationships
2. Pilot Program Execution
Manage AI pilot deployments.
Responsibilities include:
•Identify and recruit pilot customers
•Structure pilot programs with clear objectives
•Coordinate product access and onboarding
•Collect structured feedback from customers
•Convert pilots into paid engagements
3. Go-To-Market Strategy
Work with leadership to define and execute AI’s GTM strategy.
Responsibilities include:
•Identify early adopter segments
•Help develop product positioning
•Build customer waitlists and beta programs
•Support sales conversations and product demos
•Create repeatable product onboarding processes
4. Customer Discovery & Market Intelligence
Continuously gather insights from the market.
Responsibilities include:
•Conduct structured customer interviews
•Identify emerging customer needs
•Track competing products and workflows
•Help refine AI product roadmap
5. Revenue & Expansion
Support growth and monetization of AI.
Responsibilities include:
•Convert pilots into subscription or usage contracts
•Identify upsell opportunities
•Work closely with consulting teams to drive follow-on engagements
•Support expansion within customer organizations
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a customer-oriented leader who understands enterprise software and professional services environments.
You may come from:
•enterprise SaaS
•legal technology
•IP consulting
•litigation consulting
•AI product companies
Required Qualifications
•6–12+ years of experience in:
o enterprise SaaS
o legal tech
o consulting
o customer success
o product GTM
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience running pilot programs and product rollouts
• Ability to translate customer problems into product feedback
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
•intellectual property
•legal technology
•patent analytics
•litigation consulting
•AI products
•enterprise SaaS platforms
