More about the role & team The Confluence Junior Sales Account Manager is a sales and client relationship professional with 2-3 years’ experience working to manage, strengthen and grow SaaS based data, compliance and regulatory reporting, and analytics client relationships with leading financial institutions. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Head of Account Management to manage a designated group of mid-tier client accounts. The Account Manager will likewise partner when appropriate with members of the Sales Team to drive new product sales across current client relationships. What skills and experience do I need to succeed? We are seeking a driven and articulate professional with strong written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships with leaders across asset managers, asset owners, wealth managers, and investment consultants. You will represent the company at industry events, engage with senior stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Your ability to foster trust, navigate complex conversations, and maintain long-term partnerships will be key to your success. This position offers an excellent stepping stone into sales roles, providing exposure to client engagement, strategic relationship management, and business development within the investment industry. Ideal candidates will bring a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of the financial services.
