About The Role CodeVertex Careers is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support customer communication, account updates, case handling, and high-quality service delivery. This role helps maintain a responsive and professional experience for applicants, customers, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound or outbound customer communications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Document account updates, case notes, questions, and resolution steps in internal systems.
- Review customer information carefully and escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely follow-up and service resolution.
- Maintain quality standards, confidentiality, and a positive communication tone.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
- Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
- Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
- Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
- Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
