IT Support Specialist (Remote, Entry-Level)

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist (Remote, Entry-Level) for a full-time remote position.

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in information technology and enjoy helping users solve technical problems. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide remote assistance, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include responding to user support requests via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and assisting with user account management, password resets, and system access requests. You will support software installations, device configurations, and routine system maintenance tasks while maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions. You will also collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common office productivity tools. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, remote desktop applications, and basic networking concepts is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, help desk operations, or IT-related studies is advantageous but not required.
