Country Manager

As Country Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all German operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the profitable growth of the business across Germany. You'll play a key role in client engagement, commercial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the German office, with a strong focus on events and developing the brand.
• Drive business development with a focus on clients and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure end-to-end operational efficiency, from quoting and planning to delivery and client communication.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, carriers, and agents across the country.
• Monitor financial performance and report on KPIs, budgets, and P&L.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in country management and used to managing & attending events.
• Strong understanding of importance of high levels of customer service & delivering excellent service every time.
• Commercially savvy with a track record of growing business and leading teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.

Please note this is a fully remote role and the salary will be circa 50,000 Euros.
