Billing/Phone Queue (Remote Position)

The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking a remote Billing/Phone Queue for a full-time position in Chattanooga, TN. Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is Chattanooga's leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care since 1979. We have 12 convenient locations in the Chattanooga, North Georgia and surrounding area. We offer advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, physical and occupational therapy and sports training. Previous experience handling customer service in a medical phone queue environment preferred. Strong and effective communication skills when interacting with patients is required. Remote position - must be within 90-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN. No nights/weekends/holidays.
