Location: Remote (Work From Home)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hospitality & Tourism Coordinator to assist clients with planning and coordinating leisure travel experiences. In this role, you will research destinations, accommodations, attractions, and tourism experiences while helping clients organize travel arrangements that align with their preferences, interests, and budgets.
The ideal candidate enjoys hospitality, travel research, organization, and working with people. You will communicate with clients and travel partners throughout the planning process to help ensure each experience is well-organized, accurate, and enjoyable from start to finish.
- Research destinations, hotels, resorts, attractions, tours, and other tourism experiences
- Assist clients with comparing travel and hospitality options based on their needs, interests, and budgets
- Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather travel preferences and respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, tourism providers, and other travel partners to confirm arrangements
- Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and other itinerary components when requested
- Maintain accurate client records, reservation information, and travel documentation
- Provide professional and timely customer service throughout the travel planning process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills required, including email, web browsing, online research, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and travel partners
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
- Previous customer service, hospitality, tourism, administrative, or travel-related experience is helpful but not required
