🩺 What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative technology and the healthcare professionals who rely on it. You'll:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that exceed targets and open new markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospective clients and emerging opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and hands-on demos to healthcare providers.
- Build lasting relationships with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay sharp on the latest advancements in medical technology and industry trends.
- Tailor solutions to each client's needs and ensure high satisfaction from first contact through ongoing support.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and feedback to guide growth strategies.
- Provide regular forecasting to leadership.
đź§ What You Bring:
- Prior experience in sales or account management within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and can read a room with precision.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts independently.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, tracking leads, and managing performance reports.
- Bonus if you have existing relationships within cardiology practices, outpatient diagnostic clinics, or telehealth providers — and can tap into your network to generate business quickly.
- Experience in remote cardiac monitoring, Holter/event/MCT services, or similar specialties is a strong plus.
No prior medical sales experience? Although we prefer prior experience, we're prepared to train the right candidate. This is a 1099 contract-based position with a tiered, performance-driven commission structure. While there is no base salary, we offer highly competitive and uncapped commissions based on the number of reports generated through accounts you’ve personally acquired.
