VIP Manager / Sales Specialist About the Role
We are looking for experienced VIP Managers, Account Managers, Customer Success Specialists, or Sales Professionals to join our growing remote team.
This role focuses on building long-term relationships, managing high-value client accounts, improving customer engagement, and working closely with the wider team to drive performance and retention.
We're looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working online, collaborating with a remote team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Previous experience in iGaming, online entertainment, sales, CRM, affiliate marketing, customer success, or account management is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention
- Work closely with team members to achieve shared performance goals
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through various communication channels
- Track account activity and maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and conversion performance
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams
- Be available during agreed working hours and respond promptly to client needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in VIP Management, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Retention, or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience within iGaming, online entertainment, fintech, crypto, or affiliate marketing is highly desirable
