Customer Success Manager | Remote Europe | Energy Trading / AI

I'm working on a really interesting role with a high-growth company in the energy trading space.

They’ve built an AI-driven weather and forecasting platform already being used by traders and utilities globally, and they’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with key clients across Europe.

This isn’t a typical support-focused CSM role. They need someone commercially minded who can build strong client relationships, support technical integrations, and help customers get real value from the platform.

• Technical (working with AI)
• Customer Success (pre sales)
• Python
• Familiarity with the energy industry

The role will involve:

• Working directly with energy traders and utilities
• Managing onboarding and customer relationships
• Supporting API/data integrations
• Helping drive renewals and account growth
• Acting as the bridge between clients, product, and engineering teams

They’re looking for people with a mix of:

• Energy/power market exposure
• Client-facing commercial experience
• Technical understanding around APIs/Python/data products
• Startup or fast-growth environment experience

• Fully remote anywhere in Europe
• Up to €150k base and 100%++ OTE
