Business Development Manager – APAC / Southeast Asia
Remote (Australia) | $110k–$120k + Super + Uncapped Commission
Must be an Australian PR (or) Citizen to qualify
This is not an Account Manager role.
It’s a genuine new business position focused on growing a modern SaaS platform across Australia and Southeast Asia.
I'm looking for someone who understands how to open doors, build pipeline and win business across APAC markets - particularly within relationship-driven commercial environments.
- Experience selling SaaS/software solutions across South East Asia (such as) - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines - essential.
This business already has strong foundations, existing customers and recognised industry relationships in place. Your role is to capitalise on that momentum and drive new revenue growth throughout the region.
You’ll be joining an established software company with an international footprint and a highly regarded platform already used across multiple global markets.
Skills / experience required:
- Proven experience in SaaS/software sales with a strong new business focus
- Experience selling into South East Asia markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or the Philippines
- Genuine hunter mentality with strong outbound capability
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment
- Strong commercial communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate longer-cycle, relationship-led sales environments
- Experience selling into hospitality, hotels, venues, events or operationally-driven customer environments will be highly regarded

- Realistic Year 1 OTE of circa $180k–$220k+
