Our LP base includes family offices, private wealth, and institutional investors across 20+ countries including the UK, Europe, GCC, and Asia.

Role Summary:

Bespoke Connections is seeking a Private Markets Fundraising & Product Specialist to support our fundraising mandates across private equity, private credit/debt, real estate, infrastructure, and venture capital. The ideal candidate should have existing LP coverage across the UK and/or Europe and a demonstrated track record of successful fundraising for private markets strategies combined with strong product and analytical skills required to execute capital raises across various mandates.

This role will suit someone who is working at a placement agent, or within an internal capital formation or fund distribution team leading or supporting fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in-house fundraising efforts across private equity, private credit, and related private markets strategies.
  • Leverage product knowledge to effectively communicate fund strategies, structures, and performance to prospective investors.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for fundraising campaigns, ensuring the timely execution of all tasks.
  • Support the Client Relations Team in regular check-ins with clients to track fundraising updates.
  • Share important investor feedback and product/asset class updates with clients to strengthen engagement.
  • Share client feedback and industry insights with internal teams to drive service improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain investor materials, data sheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Liaise with investment teams and external stakeholders to coordinate fundraising activities.
  • Contribute to pipeline management and CRM tracking to support efficient investor and client engagement.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings where required.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • 8+ years of experience in private markets fundraising, investor relations, or capital formation.
  • Strong product, fundraising, and thematic knowledge including current geopolitical challenges affecting private markets fundraising.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills including demonstrated experience holding discussions and developing/managing relationships with C-suite-level stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Multi-lingual will be a bonus.
