Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you are the central link between Sales, Tech, Customer Care, and our international customers. You ensure that complex projects are structured, delivered on time, and executed with maximum customer satisfaction – from the testing phase all the way to a successful roll-out.

Tasks

• Project coordination & resource management for complex customer projects
• Planning, steering, and supporting all project phases
• Communication and alignment with internal teams and customers
• Creation of guides, documentation, and onboarding materials
• Technical and organizational coordination of integrations (e.g., DMS connections)
• Definition and monitoring of milestones
• Ensuring a smooth transition from test operations to regular operations
• Onboarding and training of new colleagues in an international environment

Requirements

• Initial experience in project management or a coordinating role
• Strong organizational skills, structured approach, attention to detail, and self-responsibility
• Clear, solution-oriented communication – both internally and externally
• Confident handling of digital tools (Salesforce, Google Workspace, project management tools)
• Experience in the automotive or SaaS environment is a plus
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
