Remote Founding Contributor - AutoCyber AI Pty Ltd

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor / Results-Driven Compensation

Location: Remote (Global)

Compensation: No base salary today. Performance-linked fees, commissions, and project bounties paid against defined deliverables. Track-dependent structure outlined below.

About This Opportunity

AutoCyber AI Pty Ltd is building its founding commercial and product team. We are not hiring for traditional employment roles today. We are seeking autonomous, high-ownership individuals who want to contribute to an early-stage AI cybersecurity company, earn based on outcomes now, and grow into core team roles as we scale.

This is a commission and deliverables-based contractor engagement, not an employment position, unpaid internship, or educational placement. It suits people who are comfortable with early-stage risk in exchange for direct revenue share, project bounties, and first-in-line consideration for salaried + equity roles as we hit revenue milestones.

You will operate under your own business structure (ABN / equivalent), invoice AutoCyber AI Pty Ltd for deliverables, and manage your own tax obligations. We engage collaborators, not employees.

About the Role

We are building a Founding Talent Network, not filling one-role-one-person boxes.

This is for high-potential individuals who want to contribute early, earn based on measurable impact, and position themselves for the first salaried roles and equity participation as the company matures. You will have strong autonomy, ownership over your work, and flexibility in how you deliver results.

We are especially interested in confident communicators who can represent the company professionally under pressure. You must be able to explain complex ideas simply, handle objections, and stay composed in client-facing conversations.

Bilingual ability is a major advantage. Strong English is essential.

Open Tracks

You may be matched to one or more tracks depending on your background and company needs:

1. Sales Development & Outreach

  • Generate leads, run outbound campaigns, and qualify prospects
  • Book demos and discovery calls
  • Compensation: Commission per qualified lead, per demo booked, and/or revenue share on closed deals

2. Customer Success & Product Enablement

  • Guide customers through onboarding and first-time setup
  • Explain platform capabilities and answer technical questions
  • Identify friction points and improve the client journey
  • Compensation: Per-onboarding fee and/or client health/retention milestones

3. Programs & Partnerships

  • Design partner and ecosystem programs
  • Support collaboration frameworks and product adoption initiatives
  • Compensation: Per-partnership-secured fee or program-launch bounty

4. Frontend / UI-UX Development

  • Improve dashboards, interfaces, and customer-facing experiences
  • Polish usability and visual execution
  • Compensation: Project-based bounty per shipped feature or design system delivered

5. Full Stack Development

  • Build platform features and internal tooling
  • Support integrations and scaling work
  • Compensation: Project-based bounty per shipped feature or integration milestone

No coding experience is required for non-technical tracks.

The Growth Path (Where This Leads)

This starts as contractor-based, performance-driven work. For top performers, the path forward is intentional:

  • Phase 1 (Now): Commission and bounties. You eat what you kill.
  • Phase 2 (Revenue Milestones): Top contributors transition to salaried retainers + performance bonuses as client revenue stabilizes.
  • Phase 3 (Scale): Core team members become eligible for equity participation and permanent leadership roles.

There is no guarantee, timeline, or obligation - only a clear intention that early contributors who drive real revenue and product growth will be the first people we bring into formal employment and ownership.
