What will you be doing?

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, card sorts, tree tests, etc.);
  • Translate business questions into research plans, hypotheses, and study designs;
  • Analyze research findings and deliver actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to drive user-centric decisions;
  • Present research outcomes clearly to non-research stakeholders;
  • Maintain and optimize research processes, tools, and documentation.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher or Customer Insights Specialist;
  • Strong knowledge of UX research methods and when to apply each;
  • Experience with tools like UserZoom or similar platforms;
  • Ability to design, conduct, and analyze moderated and unmoderated studies;
  • Understanding of user journey optimization, conversion funnels, and A/B testing;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2, ideally C1).
