Senior Business Analyst - Full remote (F/M)

Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst for our client from the pharmaceutical industry. Additional Information The project focuses on building a data platform that integrates multiple data sources into one unified system, enabling efficient analysis of commercial and market data. It provides advanced data visualization to support tracking product performance, pricing, and key business metrics. A key element is the use of AI to generate automated insights and summaries, turning data into actionable recommendations. The solution is designed to be scalable and adaptable, supporting evolving business needs and continuous data integration. Offered salary Salary: from 850 to 1000 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you:

• have experience as a Business Analyst in data/commercial projects (pricing, sales, market data)
• have practical knowledge of SQL and are comfortable working with data
• understand how data platforms, integrations, and pipelines work
• have experience working with business stakeholders and translating their needs into requirements
• can look at a product holistically (KPIs, performance, optimization
• have worked in an Agile environment and with backlog managemen
• have basic understanding of AI / insight-generating models and their business applications
• are comfortable working at the intersection of business – data – technolog
• communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team
• experience in pharma or regulated environments is a plus

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and requirements
• gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional specification
• collaborating with data and engineering teams on data integration, pipelines, and system desig
• supporting the Product Manager in backlog management and prioritizatio
• identifying and tracking key KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization opportunitie
• facilitating workshops and discussions to ensure clear communication and shared understandin
• contributing to the development of AI-driven insights and data-driven feature
• ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives
