Asphalion is growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing documentation, processes and databases. If you have experience in administrative tasks within the pharma sector and a high level of English, we would love to meet you!
Main responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the preparation, management, and tracking of quality documentation.
- Maintain and update QA databases and platforms.
- Review and archive documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Draft, translate, and review documents in both English and Spanish.
- Support in the management of related documentation, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling calls and email communications
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
High level of English (B2 + C1) both written and spoken.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly
Academic background in administration or related field
