We’re launching a new chapter for our iSpace e-commerce network and looking for a Content Team Lead to manage and develop the content function across 7 countries.

This is a key regional role, combining leadership, digital operations, and cross-market collaboration.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead a distributed content team (5 people) across 7 markets.
• Own the quality and consistency of website content in all iSpace stores.
• Coordinate promo campaigns and product launches, ensuring strong digital presence.
• Analyze data to improve customer journey and engagement.
• Keep product descriptions and visuals accurate, relevant, and localized.
• Optimize content workflows and processes across countries.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and development teams.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content management / marketing / project management within e-commerce.
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (SFCC / Magento / Shopify a plus).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google or Adobe Analytics.
• Russian - C1, English — B2 or higher.
• Analytical mindset, initiative, and ownership.
