About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, calm-under-pressure Service Delivery Administrator to support our teleradiology operations. You’ll help keep imaging studies moving smoothly through the reporting workflow, working closely with radiologists and our operations team.

Responsibilities
- Monitor teleradiology systems (PACS/worklists) to support timely reporting
- Allocate studies to radiologists and manage priorities to help meet TAT targets
- Investigate rejected studies, correct issues and reallocate quickly
- Support radiologist rota and leave coordination to maintain cover
- Communicate professionally with clinical teams and colleagues
- Escalate technical/system issues to support teams as needed
- Handle patient information securely and follow data protection standards
Required Skills
- Strong admin skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple tasks
- Great communication and customer service mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
- Experience in healthcare ops, scheduling, service delivery or similar is a plus
