We are looking for a passionate and proactive Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in client success, working closely with our senior team to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and results.

The Role:

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and our clients, helping to manage projects, communicate effectively, and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Client Success, you’ll work alongside Senior Digital Strategists, Project Managers, and Digital Producers, assisting in delivering innovative business solutions that meet client expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client communications, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all clients.
  • Support the delivery of client projects, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and aligned with client needs.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet the company’s high standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Digital Producers and Strategists, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present client reports, helping clients understand their project performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving client issues proactively, working with team members to find and implement solutions.
  • Contribute to the identification of new business opportunities and work with the Sales Team to support client renewals.
  • Develop an understanding of client business requirements and assist in designing solutions that meet their needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the client success role.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Klaviyo or an interest in learning about marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing with a client-focused mindset.
  • Most of all, a strong work ethic and desire to learn
