National Account Manager - Hospitality (Premium Drinks) Remote (within 1 hour of London) | £50,000-£70,000 + car allowance + bonus An award-winning challenger brand in the premium drinks space is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to help drive its next stage of growth across the UK hospitality sector. This business has built an enviable reputation in the on-trade, working with some of the most respected names in bars, restaurants, and hotels, and is now ready to accelerate its expansion following a recent fundraise. This is a pivotal hire — a chance to take ownership of new business and key national accounts, shaping the commercial future of one of the most exciting names in premium drinks. The role You’ll work closely with the Head of On Trade and an existing National Account Manager, focusing on winning and growing group accounts across bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and foodservice partners. The focus is firmly on new business and volume growth, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys the chase and thrives on building commercial relationships from scratch. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new group and national hospitality accounts (pub groups, bar groups, hotels, restaurant chains, travel, events, and leisure).
- Manage and develop existing national relationships to drive volume and visibility.
- Build tailored proposals and activation plans with trade marketing support.
- Collaborate with regional sales and agency partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Track performance, report on account growth, and feed insights back to the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in hospitality or on-trade sales, ideally within mixers, spirits, or premium drinks.
- Must have a strong network across national groups — from casual dining to hotels and pub operators.
- A confident, energetic, and self-motivated salesperson who enjoys getting out and meeting people.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running.
- Based within an hour of London, with flexibility to travel across the UK.
Package
- £60,000-£70,000 base salary (up to £80,000 for exceptional candidates)
- £300-£350 monthly car allowance
- Bonus and additional benefits
- Remote-first working culture with regular London meet-ups
If you love the buzz of hospitality and want to work with a brand that’s as creative as it is ambitious, we’d love to hear from you.
