Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS) to support warehouse and supply chain projects across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and customers to gather requirements, support solution design, coordinate testing activities, and assist in successful system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Define and validate project scope, ensuring stakeholder alignment and approval.

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors during solution design and configuration activities.

• Support BY WMS solution design and configuration to ensure business requirements are met.

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT).

• Validate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data exchanges.

• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue tracking and resolution.

• Assist in preparing solutions for production deployment and go-live activities.

• Provide post-implementation support and participate in project rollout activities as required.

• Work effectively in both remote and onsite project environments across Europe.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Distribution environments.

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS).

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.

• Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.

• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in WMS implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.

• Knowledge of system integrations and data validation processes.

• Experience working within Retail or 3PL environments.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
