Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Administrative Assistant role. The role involves handling administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, data entry, and document preparation. Additionally, the assistant will provide executive-level support, including clerical duties and maintaining correspondence with clients and stakeholders. Professional and efficient communication, both written and verbal, will be a key component of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance, including email management, calendar management, and data organisation
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document creation, record keeping, and scheduling
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to manage professional interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello, Monday.com or similar productivity software
- Prior experience in the hospitality or wine industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and meet deadlines
