Remote Portuguese-speaking Customer Care Specialist (Within Bulgaria)

We are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to support our healthcare services, operating remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria. Your Daily Focus Your primary duty will be serving as the communication link for our Portuguese-speaking clients. You will handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, efficiently addressing inquiries related to healthcare procedures, services, and accounts. • Location: Work from Home (Remote within Bulgaria).
• Target Start Date: December 15, 2025.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Shifts rotate through 11:00h–20:00h, 13:00h–22:00h, or 16:00h–01:00h.
• Equipment: Rest assured, the company will supply all necessary professional equipment (laptop, headset, etc.) for your home setup.

Who We Need

• Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory. You must also have strong command of English (B2 level or higher) for company communications.
• Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience is beneficial but not required. We prioritize aptitude and attitude, and provide thorough training.
• Work Eligibility: You must hold a valid right to work in Bulgaria for over one year. Acceptable documents include an EU Citizenship document, a valid Bulgarian Residency Card, or a Refugee Card.
