Primary Skills: Customer-Service, Problem-Solving, Application-Support, Data-Analysis, Technical-Documentation Contract Type: W2 only Duration: 5+ Months with Possible Extension Location: Remote ( - Remote) Pay Range: $27-$32 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary As an IT Application Support Analyst based in Austin, this role focuses on the smooth operation and support of an automotive fitment compatibility application ensuring vehicle part compatibility data accuracy. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 technical and functional support, manage high-priority incidents, and actively engage with business users to resolve issues while improving user experience. This position is critical for minimizing business disruptions and enhancing the overall performance and service of the application. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor automotive application to ensure reliability and accuracy, promptly addressing issues.
• Provide Level 2 support for functional and technical issues, collaborating with IT teams for timely resolution.
• Own high-priority incidents, maintaining clear communication with users and driving issues to resolution.
• Analyze and solve data, workflow, or process-related problems, educating users on root causes and solutions.
• Maintain agreed service levels, ensuring a responsive and customer-friendly approach.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong focus on customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable user support.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, preferably related to product fitment or compatibility data.

Industry Experience Prior experience in automotive or related industry preferred due to the nature of the application being supported.
