Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a National Account Manager. The National Account Manager will oversee key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective account management and collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing strategies to address them, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves managing communications with clients, resolving challenges, and maintaining streamlined operations to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Strong account management and client communication skills
  • Experience in sales strategy and business development
  • Ability to manage and analyze data to optimize client services
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
  • Collaborative mindset with an ability to work across teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in commercial roofing or facility management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
